Do you outsource any of the work?+
No. I handle every project personally, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
How is pricing structured?+
Projects are a one-time flat fee based on scope. Ongoing part-time or full-time work is a monthly retainer.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Wise, PayPal and direct bank transfer, for both international and local clients.
What's the payment schedule?+
Weekly payments for the first month, then every two weeks after that.
Do you require a contract?+
Not always, but I recommend one for ongoing work. It spells out the scope, payment terms and schedule so we're both clear.
How many revisions are included?+
Each agreement includes a set number of revisions. Anything beyond that, or new work, is discussed first and may be charged separately.
Will I need to give you access to my tools?+
Yes. I work inside your own accounts — Search Console, Analytics, your CMS — so your data stays under your control and the work fits how your team already operates.
How do we communicate?+
By email or your preferred messaging app, with regular progress updates and calls whenever we need them.
